It all started with a story, the story of South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue. We rolled out a comprehensive programme to embed the messages with a distinctive brand identity. And we covered it all – from manager’s guides and manuals to posters, wall graphics, newsletters and digital screen content. And the results tell their own story – a 79% increase in the understanding of the corporate narrative and a 97% increase in employees feeling they know and understand the behaviours required of them.
