When Sainsbury’s announced their aim to be a Net Zero operation by 2050, they needed to engage their staff and bring their own teams along on the journey.
We first helped build a strategy and narrative for the staff launch that created a compelling story around how the sustainability drive linked to the brand promise of ‘Live Well for Less’.
We then produced a range of materials to support the rollout of the vision, from physical standing materials for roadshows to a comprehensive Leaders’ Guide full of FAQs, ways to support teams and background on the initiatives that will help the retailer reach Net Zero.
