Comms challenges don’t come much bigger than the coronavirus outbreak. The need to translate complex information, that was changing by the minute, and communicate it in a simple, engaging way.
So when Derbyshire County Council asked us to help them with a campaign to not only keep the public safe, but also celebrate the fantastic community spirit that was being shown, we got quickly to work.
The demand was instant, so we first pinned down the campaign ‘heart’ – a simple message and emotive call-to-arms – and then developed this into assets that could be quickly deployed across multiple channels – social, video, web, email and print. All the assets were also packaged up to share with other partners and stakeholders to spread the campaign across Derbyshire.
