Be Shaping the Future (Be UK) is a management consultancy specialised in the financial sector, who we’ve been fortunate enough to create a new brand and website for.
THE CHALLENGE
The brand and website needed to set Be UK apart from its competitors, focusing on their unique offering and brilliant culture to ultimately position themselves as a market leader and enhance and progress their recruitment goals.
The website needed to be useful, attractive and easy to find on Google as well as a media centre for thought leadership and industry news.

From full design to content creation and copywriting, we created a bright, vibrant and unexpected look and feel and engaging content that put Be UK’s people and stories front and centre. Not only does this help them to stand out from their competitors, but content such as Life at Be UK and Our culture and Values delivers on the people-centric objectives set out.
Interactive elements such as rollovers on the leadership page and abstract animations throughout bring another layer of engagement and fun to the site. Sector-specific content is programmed to automatically appear in the relevant pages along with an automated recruitment listings section, which gives people a relevant, content rich, experience and reduces the heavy lifting for the team. Our intuitive, user-friendly CMS helped by in-depth tutorials and on-hand advice in our aftercare package helped to deliver Be UK a future proof long-term website solution.
Parallel to the website delivery we also created and rolled out a full library of brand assets and templates for the Be UK team to easily use to deliver ongoing communications and marketing materials. To assist with this in practice, we also created a full set of brand guidelines offering advice, tips and guidance on how, why and where to use particular elements of the brand identity.
THE IMPACT
An attractive, user-friendly, and purposeful brand and website were rolled out, leading to an astonishingly successful increase in the positioning and awareness of Be UK.
The brand, guidelines and supporting templates and materials rolled-out are being frequently used by the team, helping drive brand awareness and instil a strong sense of pride amongst members of the Be UK team.

This project has been such an ongoing success, that despite it being originally intended for UK markets only, the brand and website is now being rolled out across Be Shaping the Future in Germany, Austria and Switzerland!
